ABOUT THE FIRM
The lawyers at our firm are aggressive and ethical in the litigation of catastrophic injury cases arising from medical malpractice at Kaiser Permanente Facilities. These San Diego, California attorneys have over 80 years combined experience dedicated to helping children and their families recover from harm. The firm employs both a doctor and a registered nurse, both of whom are also lawyers, to provide the thorough case analysis you deserve
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE BEEN HARMED BY KAISER PERMANENTE?
Put your health FIRST, but contact experienced lawyers as soon as possible. We are available all over California, to see where we practice, click here.
We do not encourage injured patients to complain to Kaiser or threaten litigation on their own, without the guidance of a lawyer. This will only alert them to your potential lawsuit. Your letters, emails and phone calls may give Kaiser information that can be used against you in the legal process. Medical records, imaging, and other critical evidence is under the control of Kaiser at this time, and could be altered or lost. New records could be created, after the fact.
Threats from you or your family may do little to persuade Kaiser to hold themselves accountable for your injury. Kaiser malpractice cases are difficult for a non-lawyer. Kaiser’s forced arbitration system has different rules and deadlines from a jury trial, or what you may find on legal “self-help” websites. It is critically important to consult with a lawyer experienced with the Kaiser system, early, before important deadlines pass.
Please call us, or use the contact form on this site, to explain the details of your case. There is no cost to you for this initial contact and review. In cases where we feel we can help, our attorneys will represent you in your legal action against Kaiser and guide you through the legal process. Our firm accepts most of these cases on a contingency basis, where you pay no upfront costs or fees to fight your case. These costs and fees can be paid out of any recovery we secure for you at the end of the case. Please talk with us about what arrangement works best for your case.

Decades of Service
Mulligan, Banham and Findley brings together an unprecedented team of legal and medical professionals to fight for justice for our clients. We are proud of our successes in past cases, not only because of the hard fought victories they represent, but also because they stand as a cautionary tale to those who would refuse our clients a fair resolution of their case.
